Dan McPhillips is a lifelong Bucks County resident dedicated to public service and community engagement. As Bucks County Recorder of Deeds, Dan enhanced the office’s Free Fraud Alert Program and actively collaborates with veterans' organizations to protect important military discharge documents. His public service includes two terms as Chairman of the Warminster Township Board of Supervisors and as President of Bucks County Association of Township Officials and various county advisory boards. Dan also remains deeply involved with local nonprofits such as the Centennial School District Education Foundation and the Warrington Rotary Club. He resides in Warminster Township with his wife, Piyumika.
